Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, high-energy workout that uses a harness and bungee system to support your body as you move, jump, and fly. This full-body class builds strength, improves cardio endurance, and challenges coordination—all while being gentle on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels, it combines resistance training with playful, dynamic movement to leave you feeling strong, energized, and empowered.

Our Bungee Fit and specialty classes combine functional movement, pelvic health principles, and nervous system support to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body—at your own pace.
